Cancellation, Deposit & Failure to Attend Policy
At Skin Inparlour, we value your time and the time of our clinicians. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, the following policy applies to all bookings:

Deposits & Rescheduling
A deposit is required to secure all appointments made online or in-clinic.

If you cancel or reschedule outside the 24-hour window, your deposit is non-refundable but will be credited toward your next appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend, your deposit will be forfeited in accordance with this policy.
Cancellation Fees
In addition to forfeited deposits, the following may apply depending on the circumstance:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a 30% cancellation fee, charged to the card details provided at booking.

Failure to attend without notice will result in a 50% fee being charged.
Fairness & Courtesy
We kindly ask all clients to provide as much notice as possible if they need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This ensures our team can offer the time to another client in need and maintain efficient scheduling for everyone.
